As the first company to produce quartz crucibles since the reform and opening up, Anhui Gaochang Company is also one of the first manufacturers to develop 26-inch -28-inch quartz crucibles in the country. It has very rich experience in melting single crystal quartz crucibles and related technologies, and has the ability to independently develop various special-shaped crucibles and quartz devices.

With the further completion of the technology, our integrated production and preparation technology of high purity quartz is also more perfect. In 2018, our company proposed to use quartz materials instead of carbon materials with high impurity content such as graphite, carbon and carbon in single crystal furnace, and became the first manufacturer in the country to develop quartz guide and quartz cover plate in quartz guide tube. While reducing costs, it further helps photovoltaic and semiconductor-related companies to achieve a deeper level of purification from the application environment.

On the basis of the development of split quartz guide tube, continue to innovate and develop at the end of 2020 to develop an integrated guide tube. Make up for the defect that the quality of the split guide tube is reduced due to the existence of gaps at the junction of the quartz cover plate and the quartz inner guide. At the same time, our company is also the only one in the country to achieve integration through the arc process manufacturers. The process has been applied for a national patent.

(Note: The existing deflector products are divided. However, even if the gap between the inner guide and the cover plate is very small in the initial stage, it will become larger with the use of the product and the temperature difference of the environment. During the drawing process of monocrystalline silicon rods, the external environment or other thermal insulation materials (such as carbon felt) used for heat insulation will volatilize for a long time with the increase of temperature. Micro-and nano-level impurities will flow along the gap with argon gas during the drawing process, adhere to the surface of the silicon liquid and even enter the silicon liquid, causing pollution to affect the quality of the silicon rods and silicon wafers.)
