Jinzhou Taifeng Quartz Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Anhui Gaochang Silicon Carbon Technology Development Co., Ltd. have the ability to independently develop new products and have a number of utility model patents, which cover a series of quartz material processing processes from production to polishing to cleaning to cutting.

● One of the first batch of quartz crucible manufacturers in China after 2000;

● 2002-2003 the country's first development and production of square crucible;

● In 2004, he helped Pacific Quartz Co., Ltd. successfully test national sand and apply it to production;

● In 2008, he was awarded the Outstanding Partner Certificate by the United States Unimin Company;

● Production of crucibles in 2004-2012 has been recognized by many high-quality customers (such as Jiangxi Saiwei, Jingao Solar Energy, Sunshine Energy, etc.);

● The first domestic manufacturer to develop and produce 26-inch & 28-inch quartz crucibles;

● 2015-2016 successfully developed 900-1200mm diameter, 900-1000mm height special-shaped crucible;

● From 2018 to 2019, the first domestic manufacturer to successfully develop and promote quartz guide tube (inner guide) and quartz cover plate;

● Successful development of large-size and large-thickness quartz pipe products from 2019 to 2020 (once adopted by relevant German companies as vacuum pump liner used in chemical industry);

● In October 2020, the successful development of an integrated high-purity quartz guide tube was successfully developed and mass production was achieved (the only technology in China that uses the arc method to produce an integrated product, and has now applied for a national patent);

● In early 2021, the successful development of an integrated high-purity quartz bell jar prepared by using domestic sand;

With the further completion of the technology, our integrated production and preparation technology of high purity quartz is also more perfect. Our company, by proposing to use quartz materials instead of graphite and other materials with high impurity content, and combining with the new integrated process, further helped photovoltaic and semiconductor-related enterprises to achieve further purification from the application environment. The company is currently further expanding its production and has applied for intellectual property rights (utility model and invention patents) for related innovative products and their processes.
